Brandi Mallory, known for her appearance on the reality show “Extreme Weight Loss,” tragically passed away on November 9 at the age of 40. According to reports, the official cause of her death, as indicated in the autopsy report obtained by TMZ, was complications related to obesity.

The autopsy detailed that Mallory’s weight, along with an enlarged heart and elevated blood indicators suggestive of pre-diabetes, contributed to her overall health condition. Interestingly, despite the presence of marijuana and alcohol in her system at the time of her death, the coroner asserted that neither substance played a role in her passing.
The report further emphasized that there were no signs of recent injury or indications of foul play in Mallory’s demise. The Fulton County Medical Examiner has yet to provide any official comment on the matter.
Mallory was discovered deceased in her vehicle, which was parked in the lot of an Atlanta-area Chipotle on November 9. Surveillance footage revealed that she entered the restaurant but never left the parking lot or exited her car again.
The alarm was raised by the owner of a nearby deli on the morning of November 9, who contacted the police after noticing Mallory’s car had been in the same spot since the previous night. The 911 call described a concerning scene, with Mallory appearing unresponsive in her car.
Despite the tragic circumstances of her passing, Mallory had been actively engaged in her health journey. Following her appearance on “Extreme Weight Loss” in 2014, she continued to inspire others by leading group dance workout classes in the Atlanta area.
In one of her last Instagram posts, Mallory showcased her charismatic personality. Just days before her death, she shared a video taste-testing a Lady Rose apple she had picked up at a farmer’s market, expressing disappointment that the fruit’s insides weren’t naturally red as she expected. In another post, she exuded confidence, declaring her belief in winning and facing challenges head-on.
Brandi Mallory’s untimely death has left a void in the lives of those who knew her, and her legacy as a makeup artist and advocate for health and well-being will be remembered by many.
